He's talking about the average white guy. What he's saying is quite obviously true: that if the woke ideology reaches it's natural end point, white men won't be allowed to speak. Not that it's at that point right now, but that that's the current trajectory.
Did you purposefully try to miss the point?

Can you elaborate on this? This sounds like a silly fantasy to me, but I'd like to understand it better. Can you explain exactly how you foresee "woke ideology" victimizing white men?
